How do I book? All bookings are by phone or email, confirmations are by email, please note due to the ticket reselling requirements full payment is within 7 days or booking or 50 days of the event.
How do I pay? Sportsnet Holidays accepts the following methods of payment from Australian Travel Agencies:
Credit Cards
Sportsnet Holidays accepts both company and client (3rd Party) credit cards.
All credit cards payments will only be accepted with a credit card authority form which must be filled out and signed by the credit card holder. A front and back copy of the credit card must also be sent through to Sportsnet Holidays.
Credit card surcharge rates apply to the following cards:
Visa - 1.5%Mastercard - 1.5%American Express - 3%Diners - 3% Credit card surcharge rates are inclusive of GST and will apply to the total amount debited by Sportsnet Holidays.

How do I get docs? Many of our docs are accountable stock controlled tickets and passes to events, they are delivered by registered courier to you or your clients.
How much commission do you pay? 10%* to Licensed IATA agents unless otherwise stated.
*In line with the Victorian Legislation and the AFL onselling agreement all AFL Grand Final Packages must be booked direct with Sportsnet Holidays by the consumer. No promotion of Sportsnet Holidays AFL Grand Final Packages can be made by travel agents without the prior authorisation of the AFL.
What if I need help? Sporting enthusiast lingo or special requests are no problem, just ask. Our sales and product team are only too pleased to manage special requests and explain seatings, grandstands, pit lane passes and so.
Do I need to fill in a booking form? Yes, all bookings made with Sportsnet Holidays are subject to a completed Official Booking Form having been received in our office. Documentation will not be released from this office without receipt of an Official Booking Form. Please note that this booking form is required to be completed by the Consultant, not the client. Do you do flights? We are experts in sports travel and tours all our packages are land only, we only do flights on request.
What about groups? We can book and quote on any event for any group, call 03 9482 9411 and speak to our expert Dan Cecconi.
Can you do an email of sporting events for my customer email data base? Yes, we can provide you with the content for an agency newsletter to your database. Please note due the strict laws about re-selling tickets in many states and our status as official partner to many events Sportsnet Holidays Package may need to be quoted in the promotion as the originator along with the our reseller or agent code, but we will guide you through.
Are there strict conditions and heavy cancellations? Yes, all booking must have a booking form (down load one from the website) returned before docs can be sent out. Most events have non refundable tickets and most hotels and tours charge a cancellation fee. Sportsnet Corporation charges a minimum of $100 per person to administer cancellations plus supplier cancellation fees. Please read our terms and conditions carefully and advise and record your efforts to sell your clients travel insurance.
General information Most Sporting Events have Royalties & Licensing Fees in place that are required to gain access to ticket allotments for Travel Packages. These have to be built into packages and cannot be itemised. In most cases it is not in the events interests, nor in ours to sell Tickets on their own as this is not financially sound and in many cases contravenes local law. Many events have copyright and trade mark restrictions as well an on-selling issues with ticket allocations. Tickets included in our packages may also be restricted for Promotions and Prizes due to potential ambush marketing by Sponsors competitors. Please check with us before offering packages as Prizes or Promotions as issues may arise where you are unaware of the pitfalls in regards to legal action.
Many of our packages offer Ticket Upgrades or Event Hospitality. Generally these upgrades are non-commissionable as they are the difference between ticket prices to events. Please take this into consideration when quoting packages and options to clients.
