As the only ‘player-voted’ award incorporating all clubs in the AFL, the AFL Players' Association MVP is fast becoming 'the' medal to win for all AFL players. Based purely on peer recognition, players are nominated and voted for by those who they go into battle with every week, rival AFL combatants who know and appreciate just how tough it is to perform on the big stage.
