Getting from the Hotels to Hidden Valley & v.v:
Hidden Valley Raceway is located five kilometers from Darwin Airport and 10km from the city's central business district. There is a free public bus service that runs from all parts of the city and rural areas to Hidden Valley Race Track.

The bus timetable is as follows:
Darwin to Pit Lane via Stuart Highway Bus (the most direct)
Friday Service - Departs Darwin City Terminal from 9.00am to 5.00pm and returns every half hour
Saturday Service - Departs Darwin City Terminal from 7.30am to 3.00pm, then as required
Sunday Service - Departs Darwin City Terminal from 7.30am to 3.00pm, then as required

This most direct service goes to the following stops:
Mitchell Street -> Darwin City Terminal -> Cavenagh Street -> Stuart Highway -> Hidden Valley

NB: This service does not go near the Darwin Airport Resort.

For Darwin Airport clients, we will be running our own track transfer service from Darwin Airport Resort to the Racetrack - 1 morning departure and 1 afternoon departure only.

After a hot day of racing, the Sportsnet Holidays V8 Supercars Drivers Forum got even hotter when Holden pocket rocket, Tony D'Alberto from Rod Nash Racing dropped in.

Things then got all frosty when Ford Performance Racing's Mark Winterbottom roared in.

Both drivers had a great time entertaining the crowd and everyone enjoyed a few laughs, pictures and autographs.

Q: What are the dates of Hidden Valley 2009?
A: Friday 19th - Sunday 22nd June 2009.

Q: What is a Paddock Pass?
A: The Paddock Area is located behind the Pit Pavilions where Giant B-double transporters, the drivers, the crews, sponsors and celebrities all gather. This is an opportunity to see the cars close-up, get an autograph, take a photograph or two and experience all the behind the scenes action. The centre of the V8 Supercar universe is the Paddock.

A paddock pass provides entry into Paddock for the day(s) printed on the ticket. It does NOT gain entry to Pit Straight or Pit Lane. It does NOT gain entry into the event. Tickets are not transferable and non-refundable.

Q: Are there any reserved grandstands?
A: No, unlike other V8 Supercar Race tracks, Hidden Valley Raceway does not have any reserved grandstand seats.

However, clients do have access to ticket upgrades to the following:
- Terrace Hairpin Club - Located on the fence line of the Terrace Hairpin - this marquee caters for individuals or small groups with guests enjoying sensational views of the Hairpin action while wining and dining in the comfort of a restaurant class facility.

- The Penthouse Lower Level - Located on the entry of the hairpin, directly opposite the Terrace Hairpin.

- The Monster Marquee - The Monster Marquee viewing platform (a 10 x 70 metre elevated double decker structure) is situated in the centre of the Hidden Valley raceway and guaranteed to be cool and breezy, it adds a new dimension to public viewing.

The upper level provides 3D viewing of the race track. Catering and refreshments will be available for purchase on the lower level deck, "pay as you go".

Q: Do you have access to any Corporate Hospitality options?
A: Yes, there are a few options you can choose from, they include Terrace Hairpin Club, The Penthouse Lower Level and The Monster Marquee. All options are on a request basis.

Q: Will there be other racing action other than the V8 Supercars?
A: Yes, in 2008 there were several race categories including: Touring Car Masters, Formula Ford Championship, V8 Utes and Australian GT Championship.

Q: What can I bring into the circuit?
A: Small foam ice boxes / small foam eskies, folding chairs are allowed into the General Admission area only and are NOT allowed to be taken into the corporate marquees.

Q: What can I not bring into the circuit?
A: Any alcoholic beverages; any glass bottles or containers or glass objects (excluding sunglasses, binoculars and prescription glasses); any beverage container with the manufacturer's seal broken; any drinks coolers or ice boxes (other than one predominantly constructed of polystyrene); any structure or item that may be used to erect a structure, or which is capable of supporting the weight of a person including, without limitation, any chairs, lounges, benches or stools (other than a folding chair or stool); no animals; no weapons of any kind; no fireworks.

Cameras and video cameras may be taken into the circuit area for personal use, however no shots must be sold for monetary gain.

Q: Do children require entry tickets?
A: Children 13 years and under do not require a general admission. However, they do require passes to enter specific areas like corporate hospitality.
